May2017 edited March 30. I bought Acer Switch Aplha 12, SA5-271. In the specification this laptop can runs up to 8 hours. But my laptop can only works 2 hours (from full battery). The aluminium body is also very hot. Is the acer liquid cooling not working? Please anyone can help me it is new laptop. I hate knowing this unconvinient situation.
